Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your UPGRD order will arrive.

We Ship Within the United States

We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected option and delivery address. We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount — check at checkout for the current threshold.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to follow your order every step of the way.

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

Failed Deliveries

To avoid failed deliveries, make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Subscription customers can update their address in their account before the next billing date.

Damaged Or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@dailyupgrd.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship automatically on your billing date. If you need to update your delivery address, please do so in your account before your next billing date to ensure your order ships to the correct location.
