Shipping policy

Everything you need to know about how and when your UPGRD order will arrive.

We're fast! Most orders go out the same day if placed before 2pm ET. If you place your order after 2pm ET, we will likely ship it out the next business day. We do not ship on weekends.

We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Tracking Page.


Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, we'll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply.

To avoid failed deliveries, make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Subscription customers can update their address in their account at https://account.dailyupgrd.com before the next billing date.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@dailyupgrd.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.


Subscription Orders

Subscription orders ship automatically on your billing date. If you need to update your delivery address, please do so in your account at https://account.dailyupgrd.com before your next billing date to ensure your order ships to the correct location.
