Return Eligibility
We accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- Unopened — product must be in its original, sealed packaging
- Within 14 days of delivery
- Undamaged — not damaged by the customer
Opened products are not eligible for returns outside of the first-order satisfaction guarantee.
